Origins and facility

From machine frame to finished die

Our assembly facility brings frame fabrication, die grinding, and final machine alignment under one roof. Each press brake is built around a rigid mechanical structure, and each die is produced to tight tolerance control so tooling and machine work together on the shop floor.

Before shipment, every machine passes alignment tests so that it arrives ready for dependable industrial uptime.

Engineering benchmarks

Standards behind every machine

The core benchmarks we apply to press brakes and tooling during manufacture and inspection.

Stress-relieved frames

Machine frames are stress-relieved to maintain structural rigidity under forming loads, supporting consistent bending over the machine's working life.

Precision ground dies

Dies are precision ground and produced under tight tolerance control, so tooling geometry matches the forming requirements of each application.

Quality checks

Inspection and alignment tests are completed before shipment to confirm the machine is ready for production use.
